White Truffle Honey

The delicate scent of Acacia honey is undoubtedly the best base for white truffles. Here they are added as thin dehydrated shavings. Because of its consistency, honey is capable of containing, enhancing and, above all, locking in and preserving the aroma and flavour of the white truffle. It goes wonderfully well with aged cheeses, but also with ricotta cheese while it is still warm. It is a wonderful ingredient in gelato or simply poured over on panna cotta. Delicious as a glaze on red meats.
