Frozen Truffle

Right after the truffle hunt, we carefully verify the ripeness of the truffles and we check for defects. Then we start the freezing process, which preserves the product’s organoleptic characteristics, so that they may remain unaltered.

Limited quantities of frozen white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) and black truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.) available.
